RETURNS / REFUNDS
POLICY: Within 14 days of purchase from this website, if you are not
satisfied with the functionality of the Casio product you purchased from
us, you may return it for a refund.
There is a 15% restocking charge on all returns. Shipping costs are not
refundable. Customer satisfaction is one of our priorities and we want to
ensure that your credit card will be credited as quickly as possible. In
order to do so, since tracking your return is critically important to the
process, no products can be returned without first having been assigned a
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER
If approved, you will be sent an e-mail that contains your RMA number. Please write that number boldly on the front side of your package to insure proper receipt. Packages sent in without a proper RMA number will be refused at the dock for lack of identification.
Please note that return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. A returned product MUST be in its original condition, together with all components. Damaged products are not eligible for return credit. Packaging of the product must be as original and undamaged. Slightly torn or missing packaging is subject to a 15% restocking charge. |
