Allow at least 5 working days for an e-mail response due to the volume.
2. Returns and Refunds
Within 14 days of the date of purchase from this web site, if you are not satisfied with the functionality of the product,
you may return it for a refund.

There is a 15% restocking charge on all returns.
Shipping is not refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
A returned product MUST be in its original condition, together with all components.
Damaged products are not eligible for return credit.
Packaging of the product must be as original and undamaged.
Slightly torn or missing packaging is subject to additional charges.


Customer satisfaction is one of our priorities and we want to ensure that your credit card will be credited as quickly as possible.
In order to do so, since tracking your return is critically important to the process,
NO PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED WITHOUT FIRST HAVING BEEN ASSIGNED AN RMA NUMBER
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

3. Shipping
We ship primarily via First Class Mail through the US Post Office although
other shipping options are available at additional cost.
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

We ship to APO addresses but you must enter APO AE ( or whatever the location)
as the City and enter NY as the State. Use as much of address lines one and two as possible.

We ship to Canada, the UK, AU and NZ. Call (714)960-0119 to see
if we ship to other countries not listed.

Unfortunately there will not be any returns or refunds allowed for specially acquired products.

REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT

We perform Out-of-Warranty repair on most watch brands.

We do not service or repair Rolex watches nor any watches
whose illumination is Tritium Gas filled.
