Dear out-of warranty Casio customer:

Please send your watch together with your: NAME, ADDRESS, DAY TIME PHONE
NUMBER, E-MAIL and a brief description of the problem you are having with
it, or what you want done to it.

Also, if you think there is more of a problem than just a battery
replacement, enclose a check or money order for $12.50 to cover the cost of
troubleshooting. The $12.50 will be credited towards the repair cost. The
troubleshooting fee is not refundable if the watch is non-repairable or if
you decide that you do not want the watch repaired. Return delivery is $6.25
if you want the non-functioning watch returned.

Please insure your shipment since we cannot guarantee receipt. UPS will
automatically insure all packages up to $100 at no additional cost. The U.S.
Post Office offers insurance at a nominal rate over and above the mailing
cost.

Return shipping is $6.25 and can be to PO boxes or to street addresses as
well as to APO addresses.

OPTIONS:

(1) BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR A NON-SOLAR WATCH, without a new seal and water
pressure testing is $15.95. Add $6 for each additional battery. Cleaning, if
desired is an additional $6.

We will make every effort to reseal the watch using the existing gasket and
treating it with silicon, however we will not warranty the water resistance
thereafter.

(2) BATTERY REPLACEMENT, NEW SEAL AND WATER PRESSURE TESTING FOR A NON-SOLAR
WATCH is $36.95. Add $6.00 for each additional battery. If you get your
watch wet we strongly recommended a new gasket and water pressure testing
for all 50 meters and above water-resistant watches. Cleaning, if desired is
$6.

(3) SOLAR WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT, without a new seal and water pressure
testing is $25.95. Cleaning, if desired is an additional $6.

(4) SOLAR WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT, NEW SEAL AND WATER PRESSURE TESTING is
$46.95. If you get your watch wet we strongly recommended a new gasket and
water pressure testing for all 50 meters and above water-resistant watches.
Cleaning, if desired is $6.

PLEASE ADD $6.25 TO THE ABOVE PRICES FOR RETURN SHIPPING.

We will contact you in order to obtain credit card payment. Money orders and
cashiers checks are also acceptable. Personal checks are cleared before the
watch is sent back.

All work is guaranteed for 12 months.
